Embarrassingly basic question, but here it is: how is REW measuring file (amplitude, phase) exported to RePhase?
Using UMIK1 for measurements.

I want to get familiar with the RP's simulations, before deciding on the appropriate convolution hardware (mini SHARC, or Open DRC-DI, or a PC).

Thanks, Draki

In REW you export your measurement as a text file and then you can import that into rePhase. (Measurements tab, import button.)

Yes, that seems to work.
Thanks.

:)

It does work. I've done it myself a number of times.
The command in REW is Export -> Measurement as text

This yields a standard measurement text file with three columns.....freq, amplitude, phase.
That will import directly into rephase. You may have to adjust the range settings in rephase to actually see the data in the window, but it's there.

Cheers,

Dave.

How to download in rePhase IR created by a third-party program?

For example from DRC for small changes result.

You cannot do that directly in rePhase.
As it is now rePhase can only load magnitude/phase curves as a guide to help designing corrections.
So if you want to do small changes to an existing correction impulse, what you should do is to do those small changes in rePhase, generate the impulse, and then convolve it with the existing one using something like SoX. This will actually "mix" both corrections exactly as if they were chained one after the other.
