I have windows 8.1 and I'm about to download the 4x8miniSHARC 48kHz plug-in. Is there something I should be aware of to get my system running? My PC is clean right now as I have not installed any plug-ins and I would like to be successful with my Windows 8.1 laptop.

Well you'll just have to install it and see. Dev team are looking into it but have been unable to replicate the issue on their PC's.

They've got the log files from my air install to look at. They said they'd look at it on Monday. However I wouldn't expect them to rush for one user with a problem.

They've got a potential firmware release next week and a new hardware/software release in the next couple of weeks as well so I doubt this'll be at the top of the list!

Let us know how your install goes though. Collecting a weight of evidence will certainly help them I'm sure.

Thanks for the feedback and glad to hear that it's working fine on your side!
We're not able to see the issue on our side that Stefan is seeing unfortunately. We're going to try something else but it's quite complex since we just don't know what's the cause.
