First of all, I really like the unit
but I have some weird issue now

channel 1 - 18 inch woofer
channel 3 - 22cm woofer
channel 5 - 10cm mid
channel 7 - tweeter

channel 1+3+5 is oke
channel 1+3+7 is oke

channel 1+3+5+7 is not oke, i get a hugh dip in channel 5, it must have something to do with the fir settings
this is how they add up. i really don't understand what is going on here

I'm just wondering how you've set up the delays? If your FIR filters are not the same length (or more precisely, don't have the same impulse delay), you need to set the output delay to align the impulse responses. Could that be what's happened here?

The impulse delay of each filter is displayed there e.g. 21.331 ms, 12.453 ms, etc. So you need to add delay in the output channels to make the channels with lower delay match the one with highest delay (and also adjust for time delay between drivers).

Your lowest crossover is probably better done with IIR.
