I know I could run OpenDRC-DA8 internally at either 48 or 96kHz, From what I understand the difference is higher number of taps available at 48 kHz. But what are other differences? UMIK-1 natively running at 48 kHz is ideal when creating FIR filters.

What are the advantages (if any) of running at 96kHz?

@ insider9

A good question and a good debate on sample rate already happening on many forums. :-)
No other differences from what you already suggested. Both plugins are there in the miniSHARC 4x8. You can decide which one you want to use and do report to us how things go :-)
