2x4HD to Direct upgrade, 'offline' when trying to run Dirac for the first time 3 months 1 week ago #66675

Hi all,
I've had my 2x4HD for several years, I've decided to try Dirac over REW to align four subs. After a not so smooth process of upgrading the firmware (took two days and over a 100 partial tries) I was able to get all the internal software updated and switch over to Dirac with a new license. Thats the good news. The bad is my computer recognizes the device, I am able to connect, but as soon as I hit the start calibration button, I get a screen that says device offline and a button to connect. The botton doesn't seem to do anything. I restart my computer as well as the miniDSP (Also have been trying to hold the reset button on it) which then lets me try again with the same circle of events. I've also tried swapping out USB adapters and cables which has yielded no change. Please see screen shots. Any advice? Thanks for your time. |
