Thanks for the addition of PEQ to 10hz! Of course, now the question is, how low can the miniDSP go? I have a biquad calculator that will generate numbers for PEQ below 10hz (I need around 9.5hz) but I want to know if the unit will handle it.

I don't think the dB difference at 9.5Hz will matter if you are forced to set the PEQ at 10Hz instead of 9.5Hz.
The filter Q is not so high so the filters affect a range of frequencies

Although I'd fully agree with Eric that a 0.5Hz @ low frequency won't matter much (and I doubt that you'll ever be able to hear it, nor measure it since it's hard to measure/hear at such frequency), the board rolls off at 5Hz or so.. In other words, no need to worry on that side..
Note however that biquad calculators do not always tell you if your filter is going to be stable. Make sure you check that in your setting.
