This is the first time I’ve reached out for help. Does company not offer any support? I did email them, no response. No phone number?

It must’ve been on DRC mode by default. I have never used the volume control. I did try the other two settings since this problem began, no change. Thank you for your help, it’s appreciated.

Tech Support had me perform a “ factory reset” ……..back in business.
