I am using dsp for noise canceling. In comes down to inverting the pickup signal and then some fine tuning of phase and gain. The combination of Rephase and MiniDSP-2x4HD works fine. However, the 96kHz x 1024 taps FIR limitation is understandably not suitable for low-frequency phase shift. Does anyone (know of anyone doing) dsp noise canceling? Thanks!

I’m wondering the same thing actually. I had to disable ANC in my car to upgrade the stereo, but I have 2 spare outputs on my CDSP 6x8 which could potentially be used to bring it back using the stock subwoofer.

could you give more detail about how you did it? Could I use the factory microphones? Will they need a preamp or anything? or will I need to use a different mic. Also does the delay from mic to DAC to sub make it less effective? Is there a way to make it ignore the music and only cancel road noise?
