I bought the 2x4HD to be able to individually calibrate my subs I installed the plugin, connected to my board via USB, and got my inputs and outputs hooked up.

Music isn't passing through to my subs. I tried to find an applicable tutorial to no avail. I set the high pass filter at the tuning frequency of my subs, but did not bypass the low pass. A member of another forum suggested doing that.

Also, I can't make an adjustment to the master volume- not even sure if that matters. I am running a Denon 4400, have Audyssey turned off, speaker config set to one sub, using sub-out 1 into input one, with my duals connected to outputs 1 & 2.

Check the input selection. This often throws people (me included).

@Rprescot3

Great suggestion from John already. Source selection is most likely the culprit. Looking at the input RMS meter inside the plugin would be step#1 to indeed confirm that you have audio coming in. :-)
