Hi I know that optical inpt uses S/PDIF. I would like to use that input. however I don't want to use the optical cable. I'm installing the DSP in a small box and don't want to bend the optic cable. so, I would like to wire s/PDIF from my Bluetooth directly to the board of the minidsp 2x4HD.
with a 75ohm cable.

1- is that possible to do?
2- which pins do i use? can you guide me through it?

Thanks,
E

@edawood

Unfortunately it's not possible. You'll need to use an external SPDIF to TOSLINK converter for such application I'm afraid.
