Hello, I'm running a HEOS Link HS2 via TOSLINK into my DDRC-24 then outputting via RCAs to my ARCAM power amp. 

It works great, but I have to use the DDRC-24 remote to control the volume. I'd rather use the mobile HEOS app for volume. 

Any way to achieve this? Or am I SOL?

You can use the HEOS iPhone app. When playing music for example from Tidal, the volume controls on the app are 3 symbols: “x”(mute), “-“ and “+”. To increase or decrease the volume I either press and hold or multiple press on plus/minus, each press equals one unit of volume(whatever it is).
