Bought one several months ago for future use. Also no J7 jumper anymore. The most recent manual still shows a picture with jumper. So that is not right.
Think it is another step away from diy and towards more expensive products.
Expect the 2x4 HD to be discontinued as soon as the flex models provide enough income.

In the speaker-driver-market there has been in the past also a movement away from supplying drivers for diy: you could buy KEF , Focal and Dynaudio drivers, which where the same as thier finished products.
