TOPIC:

Hi everybody,

My 2X4 HD 4 outputs are all out of service since the morning.
No sound from my speakers, so I tested with REW generator and a digital multimeter.
1KHz from REW generator, no Xover, outputs are about -12dB, some differences between the channels due to not flattened EQ.
Digital multimeter indicates 0,003V for all the 4 outputs.

I expect a big trouble, something I can't repair, but maybe it wasn't so big and repairable ...
What do you think about it ?

In fact Analog INPUTS and OUTPUTS are down (
It seems something like an analog power circuit failure.

Any clue ?

Did you try another power supply?

Careful. Use one with same specs!

Yes, I used another one and same thing. 
The main I use is a Meanwell 12V 5A, I tried with the power supply delivered with the DSP.

It worked well for 8 months ...



 

In summary, DSP works well, analog doesn't work.
On the analog side, on the board, the power supply parts can be damaged, the ADC and DAC can be damaged.
How can I try to find out where is the trouble ? ( With a digital multimeter ... )

As per the text in bold at the top of every forum page, the support link is the intended route for official support. I'm sure most of what is posted on the forum is read read but a browse will show you that you certainly can't expect a fast official response to all questions (reasonably as this is not the intended purpose of the forum).
