Hi there,

My name is Thorsten B. and I'm new here. Please excuse my bad english. Unfortunately, I only speak german.

I have a problem. My MiniDSP NanoAVR DL has always worked well so far. However, I've been getting error messages lately. The device says there is no internet connection. But the internet connection is very good.
I have already opened a ticket. I was asked to send screenshots. I did that. Unfortunately there is no reply now. That's why I'm trying here. I'm a patient person, but not even acknowledging receipt isn't fair.

FYI: I can take measurements, but I can't transfer the correction curve to the device.I would be very grateful for ideas on how to proceed.

Don’t know when you contacted support but there are Chinese holidays now, so maybe that’s why no reply just yet?

Thank you for your answer. I have opened the ticket on 15.01.22

Edit:Status today (02/16/2022): Still no answer from support. Now it is probably the case that I was able to use the device/license for about 2 years for €650. That's not a bargain. But ok... That's the way it is.
 

After I asked for an answer again, I was simply asked the same question I've already answered.Now i am done with miniDSP. That's not good customer service. i am a very patient person. However, that is no longer the case. All the best for you and your devices.

You answer me with the same question. What the hell is that? Is that how you treat customers?

I have confidence in your product. That was a big mistake. 650€ is a lot of money for me.

I will never recommend your product again. Please be ashamed.
 

I was able to solve the problem with the device, even without the support. It works again.

How did you solve the problem with the device? Please share
