Hi, does anyone know what the minimum power supply voltage is for the MiniDSP 2x4 HD. I know the nominal is 12V but I have noticed that the regulator at the bottom and the main 1000uF power supply capacitor run a little too warm for my liking. I am building a dsp + amplifier where reliability is very important and I want to maximise the reliability of the MiniDSP 2x4 HD s much as possible.

I would like to know what is the miniDSP 2x4 HD minimum supply voltage.
What the impact is from running the miniDSP 2x4 HD from a lower supply voltage.
What is the make and model of the 1000uF power supply capacitor is it 105 degree rated etc, how many hours, who manufacturers it etc.
