Very interested in the HA-DSP.

Would the plugin GIU allow users to program custom filters? Interested in implementing bandstop filters using biquads for tinnitus research.

The unit will indeed allow for custom biquad (i.e. program any biquad filter in the banks) and FIR filters. Should be enough hopefully for your application? More details to be provided in upcoming user manual.

Hearing loss is tricky, everybody has their own.. ;-)
With all the onboard EQ, one can easily build some EQ to compensate for hearing loss though. quite simple.. :-)
