Hey everyone,

Trying to figure out Dirac on my Arcam AV860.
I've downloaded the file from the Arcam Website v1.231

Went through all the channel levels and calibration using Umik1 and the 90 degree file.

At the end of it all I click "Optimize" and get the error message : User not in Database, contact support!

Connected to the internet, connected to the processor, no internet security getting in the way.

What gives?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

This is an issue you should be contacting Arcam or Dirac about. It isn't anything to do with a miniDSP, whose products seemingly handle Dirac licensing differently by the way.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
