Hi Guys,
I bought the upgrade from 2x4HD to DDRC24.
Following the instructions, they say to raise an email requesting activation once 2x4HD firmware is updated.
But clicking on the email link in the instructions took me to the support pages.
So I raised a ticket to request a key code.
But I've not received any confirmation in my inbox of the ticket being raised?

Have I followed the correct process?

P.s. Its Friday in the UK, my new "toy" arrived this afternoon and I dont get to play with it until miniDSP send me the activation code! :-(
