After upgrading my DDRC-88a the firmware on the 8x8 IO utility is showing Version 2.3, Firmware 2.10.

After upgrading to the new firmware, I am unable to connect to the DDRC-88 or 88BM utility. It says, please plug in the board. I have tried various USB cables to no avail, On the front panel, the Dirac Live button is now dim, although I can change the presets by pressing the front knob and turning it.

I have tried to reset several times, but I'm stuck at the can't connect page. I am not sure what other steps I can take at this point to get going. The older firmware worked flawlessly (2.17) and I am concerned I dd something wrong.

BTW, I did move the cables back to the daughterboard after the upgrade.

Looks like I used the wrong hex file. I reran the upgrade with the correct hex file but it disconnected when I tried to upload the factory settings (last part of the upgrade) and now I can't connect at all.

Also, the flashing blue led inside is off. The only light I see when it's plugged in is one of the filter set lights.

@ tonygeno

Sounds like you've got an active tech support ticket with our team?
They will send you the instructions shortly. You just need to reload the correct firmware to the miniSHARC by putting it into boot kernel.
