I can set a custom target curve with die DDRC-24 (like in the PC Version or DDRC22)?

This one I can answer, yes you can set a custom target (AFAIK it's the same version of DLCT as DDRC-22X).
I am not miniDSP support.

Hi Dev team,

Will I be able to use two 2x4HD with one license?

Mac

Mac, no I'm afraid that you will not be able to use it on 2 x miniDSP 2x4HD. Each Dirac License is only for 1 miniDSP 2x4HD.
The licensing is as such as per Dirac licensing terms...

Thanks for the info!

I must lead a lobbying effort to Dirac headquarters. Perhaps a crate of quality vodka will do the trick? :D

The 2x4HD to DDRC-24 will happen very soon. It's actually already in the user manual and all platforms support it.
We just need to add a page to our website for the 250USD Dirac License upgrade.

DevTeam

Any update on the upgrade licence? I am eagerly waiting to update my 2x4HD :cheer:

Dear All,

The 2x4HD to DDRC-24 is now live: www.minidsp.com/products/dirac-series/2x4hd-to-ddrc-24
Essentially a 245USD plugin and you get a full license of Dirac live.. :-)

Please follow steps of the DDRC-24 user manual p13 to get this going.

Have fun

Dear Dev Team,

I'm not ready to order yet, but I would like to point your attention to the way you market the DDRC-24 for the benefit of your customers.

Simply put i think it will be best for your European customers if they order the 2x4HD and get the dirac upgrade separately saving cash on import duties :). In Poland we have to pay 23% VAT on top of the product+shipping cost. If I order the plugin separately I will save myself 56USD! The amount will vary in other European countries, and I don't know about the rest of the world, but would expect some savings to be available.

This marketing method also applies to all of your products. Let's save the environment and spare some tax dollars :). That is unless my reasoning is somehow false, but I believe it will work this way.

It's 245$ for the plugin only.

You have the option to buy it preloaded, or to upgrade through the form of a plugin.

From memory, the DAC/ADC is AK4626. You can search the forum to confirm answer from devteam.
