Can you reduce the amount of steps for the OLED Remote volume knob.

Is there are way to reduce how many clicks the volume knob has to go from nothing to max. At the moment it is far to many for a car.
Also can you turn off the auto sensing thing it has? As it will jump multiple clicks if it thinks that is what you want.

The auto-sensing is too scary for somebody unfamiliar to use...  It needs to be configurable.
