Dear All,

Hong Kong is unfortunately going through a new Covid wave that is affecting the city pretty badly with our hospitals overloaded and stringent rules in place. 
Due to local ruling on Covid isolation and delays for deliveries to/from our factory, our team is operating with quite few challenges. Few things you should know: 
- Shipments will unfortunately get affected from our typical 4-6days shipping time. We will do our best to push as many orders as we can but appreciate your understanding. 
- Our support team is trying its best to work remotely with the large amount of inquiries. Note however that some tasks (e.g. specific testing of a configuration)  do require local access to our servers/special tools that isn't setup for remote access at this time. Please be patient and we'll get through it. 

Once again, we really appreciate your understanding and patience. If you have a support ticket, our team will get through them and answer the fastest we can. Please don't duplicate requests, it will only overload our team and affect everybody.  Thanks again for your patience and understanding.

I'm still waiting on a Flex ordered in February so don't hold your breath! COVID situation is pretty severe over there right now so we just have to be patient I guess.

Possibly you each ordered a different Flex model?
