Dear All

We've been made aware that a certificate of Volumio (required for secure connection to servers such as Qobuz/Tidal) unfortunately expired. This caused the remote streaming capabilities to internet music services of all Volumio users (inc the SHD) to be disabled. Here is more information from Volumio:
community.volumio.org/t/important-notice...-update-needed/49952

We just received a new build now (10pm/Friday night) unfortunately it's a bit late on a national holiday to get started on a complete series of test we'd typically do on new builds. No matter how simple the change, we'd also never release a new build until it is fully QC by our team... We will work to see how we can pull together some team mates tomorrow morning (saturday) to start the QC of the build. Knowing the last minute urgency over a week end, we can perform some basic testing and finalise testing early next week.

We appreciate all your patience and expect a fix asap! In the mean time, if you read the above, pls understand we're aware of the issue so no need to start a support ticket. We are working actively on it. :-)

Here is an update of few back and forth with the Volumio Team.

In the past few weeks our team actually finalised a new image for some upcoming important feature release. We've therefore already performed quite a fair amount of testing on this build.
A new image was just recompiled by Volumio Team to add the latest certificate. In other words, very minimal modifications to what we've been testing for a while. Volumio team performed tests on their side this afternoon as well.

Please have a trial at Build V1.11 now available under the Update section of Volumio Web GUI. It should solve all problems of streaming.
PLease send us feedback if you run into any issues. We can look into it on Monday.

I updated to version 1.111 but squeezelite plugin still not working! In the meantime I build my own image based on DietPi 64-bit PREEMPT (low-latency) Linux including squeezelite.
Connected USB-out to USB-in (input USB) which sounds (much) better than via internal I2S (input LAN) ...
