FYI that we've been made aware over the week end (1st of Feb) that Dirac Live service for Mac Users running V1 Dirac is currently down. Team Dirac is working on the case and hopes to get this up and running ASAP. If you're getting an error about:
"Authentification: Unable to connect to server, please check your internet connection and try again"

The issue is most likely due to that issue on their side. Thanks for your patience as they are working to solve the issue.

In the mean time, you can always use Dirac v1 Windows to solve the issue (no problem) OR for customers running Dirac for Stereo, just move to Dirac2.0 since it doesn't affect Dirac 2.0. (no problem with server access). This is once again a "temporary workaround". The authentification issue (SSL key) will be solved very soon I'm sure.

The Operating System is windows 7.

I get "Unable to connect to server, please check your internet connection and try again"

Also, when I try to optimize a target, I get DSP Server processing failed.

I am using an old mac airbook, so I can't upgrade to Dirac Live V2 and I don't have access to a windows machine. My iMac is an option, but that would mean having to haul it over to the listening room, something I would prefer not having to do. Besides, I'm fine running Dirac Live V1.

In any case, I submitted a ticket.

After submitting my support ticket to Minidsp, I received a prompt response asking for further information and screenshots. I sent the answers and screenshots requested, but never heard back from DevTeam. I sent a followup query asking if they needed any further information or if I should be doing something differently. I got back nothing - no acknowledgement, nothing....

So I have gone to Dirac live, opened a support ticket with them and submitted the same information I sent to Minidsp. Hopefully, I can get some sort of closure to this. Right now I can't even open DLCT when connected to the SHD via USB. The Dirac Live website still shows support for my Macbook Air OS.

I got a message, when I want to optimize the curve in "Filter Design" at Dirac Live:

"DSP server processing failed
Unknown error occurred"

I also have a Macbook Air.

Submit a ticket directly to Dirac. They are the only ones who can help you. Minidsp will get back to you to tell you it is out of their hands. (I'm not faulting Devteam - it really is out of their hands).

Thanks again a ton for all your patience! Here is a little summary of what happened in the past few weeks so you're all in the loop:
- SSL certificate on one Dirac server failed about 3weeks ago. They were promptly replaced by team Dirac but unfortunately that new certificate didn't work with very old OS (i.e. Mac 10.9.5 or old Win7 not able to support SSH2).
- After few back and forth with some very helpful miniDSP community members, the culprit was finally figured out.
- While trying to perform the update to a new type of cert on the Dirac server, the server unfortunately malfunctioned for 24h indeed killing all connections to any OS.. not exactly the intended effect..
- Yesterday team Dirac solved the issue and we're happy to report that we're able to report that it should work for all customers! Pfew..

After devteam's latest contribution to this thread, I tried to log on and succeeded. Unfortunately, I then was not able to optimize my target project.

I got "DSP Server processing failed. User not found in database, contact support."

So I went back to Dirac LIve and they responded that they fixed this latest error.

I tried again just now and was able to optimize and complete my project.

(Just letting the community know that Mac OS 10.9.5 works as it should again.)
