Dear All,

Please note that we've now moved to a new tech support portal (desk.com retiring). What does this mean for you:

THE GOOD:
a) We've transferred all old support tickets to the new database. We therefore have records for all communications.
b) We've imported all FAQ to our new portal (support.minidsp.com)

THE BAD:
c) The old "reply to" tech support email address was actually linked to the old support system. In other words, if you're opening a really old support ticket and do "REPLY", it will send it to our old system. We plan to keep it active for few months but please from now on, redirect all communications to INFO at MINIDSP.COM., or better start a tech support ticket. If you're using the old email address, we'll have all records for your case.

THE FUTURE:
We're looking forward to this new platform with lots of goodies (bots/better management of support tix) that will hopefully make your life (and ours) a lot better! :-)

Hello.
I try repeatedly to place an online purchase for a 2x8 kit but the ordering application refuses to cooperate.
I get a message in red:"We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order."
The problem is there is no place to and no way how to specify the shipment method.
What do you suggest?

Most likely that you're getting this error as we don't ship to your country. Please start a support ticket with our team from our portal.

I am sorry to hear you don’t ship to Greece anymore.
I’ll check with some of your distributors within EU, if they charge reasonably, OK.
Otherwise I will try some other options.

Hi there,

not sure If this is the right place so bear with me.

I have just bought a used DDRC-24 from a friend - did an initial measurement/correction via his laptop/account etc in my system.
Naturally I now want to use my own account for my DDRC-24 and transfer the licenses etc. to my new account with miniDSP.

I did create an account with miniDSP with username, email, password. following the instructions on the website I have written an email / created a ticket on the support site requesting the lincense transferral of the used DDRC-24 to my new account.

Now the problem - I can not check the ticket satus on the support page as it says the email and password do not match. Do I need a "new" different password for support related issues? Please advise and thank you in advance
