Following few hectic weeks between miniDSP and Dirac team, we're extremely excited to start the shipments for the CDSP 8x12DL. Few lucky members will receive their tracking information tomorrow and during the rest of the week! To thank all of you who have waited patiently and gave your support, we'll include a handy microphone clamp to easily setup your UMIK-1 in the car. Hoping it will help your tuning experience!

The CDSP 8x12 DL is indeed a very powerful platform with a very flexible interface that could do pretty much all we could think off!
We've got a great user manual summarizing all this goodness so please make sure to read it!

Is there any difference between a 828usd (329USD for firmware update+ 499USD for C-DSP 8x12 V2.0) and 899usd C-DSP 8x12 DL?

FYI the latter includes the UMIK-1 whereas the former doesn't.

Just got mine. Time for a six-channel amp to power the 3-way front stage. Can't wait!!!

Upgraded my firmware from 8x12 to an 8x12DL earlier, just waiting on the activation key.

Then it's trying to figure out the new tabs to get everything set up correctly, three way front stage with rear fill and a subwoofer.

I got my unit last wednesday. Still haven't installed it.. I have identical speaker setup, all active.

Got my activation today, microphone should be delivered tomorrow. Looking forward to working with the new set up, just need to read the manual again (and again and again) to wrap my head around things.

If only it was not going to be roasting hot in the garage the next 4 months!!

Last night I sat out there with a box fan pointing in the drivers door, just while I was entering crossovers, time delay etc. Not 100% sure yet I have the subwoofer routed properly, but will look at it later.

I did have the software crash on me 3 or 4 times while swapping between presets, ended up doing a factory reset and it has been good since. However, on the way to take the kids to school this morning it sounded like all the crossovers have reset, turned the music off right away, going to take a look later and see what is going on.

Getting a little nervous that USPS have lost the microphone as well, at the moment I am putting it down to me being impatient and a holiday weekend. But, usually by this time of day after something has left the closest distribution center, it is showing as out for delivery. So far nothing.
