Hi DevTeam,

Same issue here.
Sometimes, instead of the volume going down, it goes up to maximum :oops: :ohmy:
By immediately pressing the mute button on the miniDSp IR remote I must prevent the damaging of my speakers.
I'm using the remote with my 2x4HD.
Most probably a serious bug in the software?

Hello DevTeam,

Using it with DDRC-24.
Did Firmware Update 1.7 still the same fault.
Especially when pressing volume down and volume goes up, hurts somtimes.

Thanks,
Alex.

@compay

We haven't been able to reproduce this unfortunately. Anyway you can please double confirm that you're indeed running the latest firmware from our user downloads section? Thanks.

If the issue persist, please contact our support team (support.minidsp.com). That's the official support contact line.

Hi all,
I was wondering if it is possible to use the bluetooth connection on your 2x4HD to turn your smartphone into a remote control for real-time eq-ing?

BR,
Sonick
