The answer goes as follow: miniDSP was indeed sucessfully implemented in some cars. However, note that car environment is one of the harshest environment to deal with and miniDSP kit unbalanced was not designed for the purpose (e..g balanced input to reject noise, REM..etc) Lack of grounding, noise, dirty power, all the bad elements are in a car.
